We monitor emails and voicemails outside of normal business hours in case of an emergency and respond as quickly as we can.

Customers who have signed up for our annual support plan are given priority support before customers who are not on the support plan.
Calls or emails on Saturday or Sunday should be for urgent emergency situations only, such as a data corruption or some other action that makes you unable to intake or adopt out animals from the shelter.
